Having had amazing service from Herotel, they have now right royally F**d up. I cancelled my subscription in Feb. I am still being billed in May. NO ONE answers the call line.
Deliver late, tell lies about why they cant deliver, courier people themselves can't be bothered to wait if staff are busy, and IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of via the phone.
Parked in front of our business taking up all 5 parking bays and loading zone, despite being asked by the person they were delivering to, to park in front of THEIR establishment. Phoned, and was put throught 'HR' which didn't answer. Phoned again and was told no one could speak to be because they were in a meeting. Sent a series of photographs on a whatsapp number, and the responnse was "Good day. My apologies for this. I will address with our Logistics planners". I fail to see how that is actually a response to my immediate problem - no customer parking means very few customers, and anyone wishing to load in our loading zone now has to worry about scratching a brand new Mahindra which has been offloaded there. Totally unacceptable large vehicle bullying.
I have engaged with Takealot as a seller and a buyer. Neither experience enamours them to me. My recent experiences as a buyer have been that the packers at TAL grab whatever they feel like that sort of fits the description and shove it in the box. Three times I have had the wrong order resent as the wrong order. It has set the functioning of my well run business back due to their inability to READ. As a seller I had items returned as "broken" 6 months down the line - TAL TOOK my hard earned cash and gave it back to the buyer. The one item had not even been used. Needless to say, the box was damaged and written all over so I could not resell it. I will be supporting local now as far as I possibly can. VIVA the LOCAL ECONOMY
The star goes to the people who man the call centre - they have a sense of humor. Absa have blocked me from accessing MY money in MY access bond. So now I can't pay THEIR credit card bill so THEY can charge me interest. Clever money making racket.
We sell via Takealot. Sold two tools 6 months ago. Both were returned 5 months later as defective. Nothing wrong with either tool apart from being used. So we loose out on the sale and customer gets to hire a tool for nothing. Takealot not able to understand the problem. I know how I will be a customer on this portal from here on in!
Impossible to register with for Takealot purposes. I was told Takealot was difficult to deal with but DSV has to take the cake. This is the email I got; the phone number offers no options to register, the 6th person was helpful. The website does not exist. Sent an email that has yet to be acknowledged. My daughter vomited up her wimpy lunch, I had a runny tummy. Not likely to visit a wimpy again any time soon
