Ruined birthday

I booked toad on the road in lakeside for my birthday, firstly they gave my reserved table away to other people that walked in, I mean what is the point of reserving a table when they just give it away. Then, when I called to book, I queried about corkage fee, which they gave me a price and no further information. A group of 20 people, they then on our 4th bottle decided to only tell me we are only allowed one bottle per table, and then the manager continued to try and educate me on how the hospitality industry works. Whicj I am well aware of because I do work in the hospitality industry myself. They then again gave my new tables that was reserved away again to walk in customers that I had to get up and ask where is the communication in this establishment that they keep giving my reseverd tables away. They ruined my birthday, I ended up asking for the bill and leaving to go to another restaurant. The quality and service at Toad has really dropped, and I will never go there again.
