Tomahawk Borehole Drilling for Excellent service

Tomahawk Borehole Drilling for Excellent service

Tomahawk does not honour their contracts
Do not use this company as they make promises what they cannot deliver. Firstly when you meet them they may seem the genuine article. When you need them, they do not deliver on their promises. They have a phone number for the office which never gets answered. When you send a text they tell you they have a bad signal. My money was good enough but my problems i had to solve with their borehole on my own, because their after sales service does not excist. They do not honour their contracts. Shame on them.

Do not use this company as they make promises what they cannot deliver. Firstly when you meet them they may seem the genuine article. When you need them, they do not deliver on their promises. They have a phone number for the office which never gets answered. When you send a text they tell you they have a bad signal. My money was good enough but my problems i had to solve with their borehole on my own, because their after sales service does not excist. They do not honour their contracts. Shame on them.

Lack of Support
The nursing college from which I obtained my certification made use of Tomahawk's services. However, following the installation of the product, Tomahawk has been reluctant to respond to the college's request for assistance with their product. The college had to cancel its classes recently and send the students home because the tank that Tomahawk installed failed to pump water.

Lack of Support

Two faced and underhanded with sweet words to fool you
False promises made by the owner and his wife. I had to take a bank loan to pay this company cash and they were so quick to grab the cash. They are as sweet as pie until the job is done. They are so two faced it is unreal. They shake your hand, they look into your eyes and promise everything. When the job is done there is NO AFTER SALES SERVICE. My college needs water as I train nursing. 3 times in a row they failed at coming out. The one time that they did a guy by the name of Guys was so drunk he lauged and swore at me, calling me all sorts of names. I was in tears. He did not fix the problem but stumbled out of my property with his unsavoury and unprofessional manners. DO NOT LET their sweet talk fool you, when your system needs after sales care, they will not help you. They are the typical two faced sales devious snakes.

The team explained every step and the expectations of borehole drilling, a fantastic and friendly team! From maneuvering a large truck in a tight residential space to completion of the borehole drilling, Also, a big thank you to Geraldine for always being so informative and making the process so effortless.

Great Borehole
Service was excellent - very professional all the way. Communication to keep us updated was really good. Divan, Ludwig and Geraldine a great team - thanks very much. We highly recommend this company.

Bakkie Brigade
I heard your adverti*****t on the local radio two months ago. Called and was introduced to Gayz (spelling may be incorrect) asked for a quote to install a pump & motor relay protection unit. Your employee doubled the price of the pump and motor relay protection unit, upon inquiry he reduced the price and amended his quote as I had already purchase said unit. After several attempts over the last two months via whatsapp and email I tried and get this representative to honor his quote. I have been stonewalled with excuses that he works from home, is very busy and will add me when its convenient. As patient as I have been (waiting two months I feel obligated to avoid this company at all costs, its another "bakkie brigade outfit"! PS Any prospective customers should know that this business is a non registered member of the SA Borehole Association you may consider doing your homework first before engaging with this business.
