Bad delivery practice of Pet Heaven
I make use of Pet Heaven to deliver 4 x 40 kg bags of dogfood monthly at my residential address. It happened now more often that delivery is delayed causing serious problems feeding my dogs. I cancelled appointments to be home in order to honor the delivery date , but it comes and goes with the result that there is no food and 8 hungry dogs. I tried moving my repeat order earlier in the month but it just get worse. It is the 8th day after ordering and delivery day show 10 th August. I am going to buy food now from Pet Zone and wait to see when the food from Pet Heaven arrive. With disappointment Karolien Euvrard

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!
Today at 8h00 I talked to Kyle Amdur from KA ROOF & STEEL SERVICES about IBR plates. The price was right, only problem I needed the plates asap. He delivered my plates in Balfour at my house at 14h30. I recommend this business at the highest level. Thank you Kyle, I will promote your business as far as I can.

EXSTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM CEMAIR JHB TRANSPORTING PUPPIES
I delivered 3 puppies this morning 6 April 2023 flying from OR Thambo to Cape Town. Puppies were put into travel boxes 9h00 and departure were sheduled for 11h00. It is now 15h30 and puppies have not yet depart. A time of deprature were given " between 1 5h30 and 1th45. Puppies will be by arrival 9 hours in the travel boxes without food. How do these people get away with this at SPCA? NEVER, EVER USE CEMAIR!!! THE WORST COMPANY POSSIBLE TO TRUST WITH LIVE ANIMALS.!!!!!!

Embadded Clothing sucks!!!!
Esther Maleka School ordered from this company 3 March 2021. Today 23 June 2021 the full order has still not been shipped. After several enquiries and promises to deliver from their side we are still without all our clothing. Please refrain from doing business with these people.

Bad service from Eros Florists
12 August 2019 I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday today at 8h35 from Eros Florist. The flowers were not delivered by 15h15 and my sister had already left her business. I cancelled the order. This is a HUGE dissapointment. I am not from Pretoria and relied on Eros florists to deliver on my behalf and also not cheap...R90 delivery cost, to whicn I agree, for a delivery within 1 km. It's a NO NO from me for service. VERY DISSAPOINTED. Karolien Euvrard

SACBR ARE TOPS
SACBR has been the canine breed registrar with the most outstanding service of all. As Kusa member and SACBR member, I can not even start to compare the efficiency of SACBR. Sending the needed documents to both registrars deliver two opposite services like north pole to south pole!! Kusa is still asking, loosing, not receiving, requiring some more of what was already send when SACBR has wrapped it up and deliver correct and neat results. Way to go SACBR.!

Hotelstay robbed me!!
On 29 May, a salesman called me and mentioned all the advantages of Hotelstay It sounded good. He asked my credit card number. I did not give the last 3 digits on the back. 4 minutes after I ended the call R2850 were deducted from my credit card. I phone immediately and cancel. From 29 May till now Hotelstay did not answer my numerous e-mails. 11 September another saleslady called. Something MUST be done with Hotelstay. Is there anybody out there knowing how they can be stopped with this unethical practises.
