To any prospective customer of this company. Be awre that the Sapphire Luxury Vinyl Tiles advertised is manufactured in CHINA. How do I know this? I requested a quote from Top Carpet Vereeniging, Danie their representative called and I specifically specified NO CHINESE JUNK. Thereafter received a great quote however, three days of emails to and fro to simply confirm the manufacturer I finally established from a Katherine at FINFLOOR (their supplier) that the tile is manufactured from "Our factory in China" Well Katherine and Danie of Top Carpets Vereeniging I do not and will not buy anything from China, China the worlds worst human rights violators, rhino killers, Wuhan covid bat releasing government cover up scum. Oh and not to mention their inferior (I should say sh*t) products. Buyers be aware ask the right questions, pay a little more and sleep peacefully.
Twelve hours ago:....... My email has been blocked from sending emails. After jumping through more hoops than a hoola hoop contortionist to confirm my ID which included a separate SMS pin identification I was transferred to a consultant (I get it security is important) The imbecile I spoke with named Jan again made me hoola hoop with the same questions. Why? However, here is the kick in the teeth I had to read the error message to this imbecile using the phonetic alphabet whilst listening to a background of dogs barking and the scrambling of opening a computer.... no access to pen and paper to take down my cellphone number when I requested repeatedly for a manager to call me as I was being made a fool of. A manager named Anne or Ann called me... we spoke .... and I decided to cancel a pathetic Mweb email service that cannot even block spam. I am still waiting for your retention's department to call me between 11am and 4:30pm to cancel this service that I have had after 20 plus years. In addition I still cannot send emails. Mweb with all due respect your are ****ed.
I heard your adverti*****t on the local radio two months ago. Called and was introduced to Gayz (spelling may be incorrect) asked for a quote to install a pump & motor relay protection unit. Your employee doubled the price of the pump and motor relay protection unit, upon inquiry he reduced the price and amended his quote as I had already purchase said unit. After several attempts over the last two months via whatsapp and email I tried and get this representative to honor his quote. I have been stonewalled with excuses that he works from home, is very busy and will add me when its convenient. As patient as I have been (waiting two months I feel obligated to avoid this company at all costs, its another "bakkie brigade outfit"! PS Any prospective customers should know that this business is a non registered member of the SA Borehole Association you may consider doing your homework first before engaging with this business.
Complaint number2176236 dated 12/07/2020 and complaint number 2152920 dated 19/05/2020 have both been referred to the Banking Ombudsman as well as the National Consumer Tribunal. This is a heads up for First National Bank management and legal advisors.
My existing gold credit card no longer earns ebucks. I applied on the 1/1//2019 via the banking app for an upgrade and requested that the card be delivered to my branch. I specifically asked that the card be delivered to the branch as the courier company CCD has a poor service rating check Hello Peter and the internet. Today I called ********** 028 (spoke to Sanele) to esquire why the card had not been delivered as promised to be informed that I need to email them my physical address as FNB had not provided an address, after which the card will be delivered in 3 - 4 working days. It would be interesting to see what the Service Level Agreement with FNB / CCD incorporates or has FNB standards deteriorated to accept a courier company that is decimating the FNB brand.

As a Bosch power tool user I can highly recommend the service I received from Bosch in particular Patrice Marrier who responded promptly to my emails (the address of which I got from the internet) in which I requested a spare part for a Bosch professional drill that worked without a hitch for 10 years. The advice given by Patrice was "professional". Kudos again to Patrice for his assistance and service. Thank you!
Telkom uses Courierit to deliver. Ha Ha here come the clowns. Both have no idea about customer service. I ordered a package to be delivered from Telkom and they use Courierit. What a joke tomorrow will be the third day that I have been messaged that my package will arrive between 8am and 5pm ha ha here come the clowns.....
