Complaint Regarding Faulty Tommee Tippee Bottles

Dear Tommee Tippee Customer Care,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the Tommee Tippee bottles I purchased. Unfortunately, the bottles do not close properly and tend to leak, making them very difficult and frustrating to use. This not only causes unnecessary mess but also raises hygiene concerns, as milk spills easily during feeding.

What worries me most is that while my child is drinking, the leaking causes milk to spill on him, which is uncomfortable and concerning.

I purchased Tommee Tippee specifically because of its reputation for quality and reliability, so I am very disappointed with this experience. Please advise on how this matter can be resolved—whether through replacement, refund, or another solution.
