What miserable service from what used to be our favourite sushi restaurant in Florida Rd, Durban. The family would order at least 12 different items - a complicated order to be sure - that would be enjoyed every couple of weeks by the extended family. On Friday, having ordered 12 items again, I got home(at least 30 mins away) to discover there was one item missing. On phoning the restaurant I was amazed at their response - hostility to the point of calling me a liar! The fact that our average bill was R750 each time meant nothing to them and the phone was put down in my ear. I was not going to accept this and went back there today - very politely, with my slip and photos of all the items we had received that day. Boy what a fight! What a nasty experience! No matter that they would not accept the evidence - where is the sense in insulting a customer who is a regular? I was verbally attacked by the owners/staff and told to leave the shop. I did that - with my item I might add but will never go back there again! Shameful customer treatment!
