Bad product and customer service

I bought two sports bra's less then two months ago Apart from the fact that they are expensive they are very uncomfortable The teeth on the zip for the one bra fell off. I wrote an email to which I did not get a reply. I then contacted them via whatsapp. They rep**** that they have policies in place, whatever that may mean. That the problem is a result of wear and tear... I have a couple of sports bras and have maybe worn this particular bra five times, an hour at a time. Wear and tear? Furthermore I tried to explain this, but they did not reply at all
