WORST SERVICE EVER!

The ladies at reception are extremely abrupt and rude. Never in my life have i experienced such service from 2 grown woman and they they still gossip about it will putting you on hold, only to find out that you can actually here what they are saying.

i have never felt this disrespected and belittled. they dont knwo who you are where you from and why you calling but give you attitude for no reason.
