Near fatality due to negligence.

On Monday I took my vehicle (GWM M4 crossover) for a safety check at the N1 City branch. Was told my two front tires and brakes needed to be replaced at a cost of R5,000+. As I was leaving for Swellendam the next day, I had to do it to ensure my safety. When I reached my destination and got to a dirt road, the front right tire was making a terrible noise. The next morning I went to Dunlop Express in Swellendam and the gentleman (Bernet) showed me that the caliper bolts weren't fastened (not even tightened, not fastened!). I travelled 270 kms as a woman on my own like that. Need I say that this could have resulted in a fatality. Consider me an EXREMELY upset and deeply disappointed, appalled former customer.
