Despite seeing days remaining in the portal, I have been unable to connect to the service. I escalated this issue almost a week ago, and after several follow-ups, I was told today that I must redeem the voucher in the app—which I never received. Furthermore, when requesting a refund, I was informed this was impossible, and the team lead I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. I paid for a service I have not been able to use, and this is simply unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution—either a functioning voucher or a full refund.
