Dear Too Much WiFi Support Team, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the lack of resolution regarding my voucher purchase via African Bank. Despite seeing days remaining in the portal, I have been unable to connect to the service. I escalated this issue almost a week ago, and after several follow-ups, I was told today that I must redeem the voucher in the app—which I never received. Furthermore, when requesting a refund, I was informed this was impossible, and the team lead I spoke to was dismissive and unhelpful. I paid for a service I have not been able to use, and this is simply unacceptable. I expect a prompt resolution—either a functioning voucher or a full refund. Please escalate this matter urgently and confirm the next steps by the end of the day.
I reported that I'm unable to log into the Business Uber account. I reported on Monday, today its Thursday and no one is coming back to me. Yesterday, I gave them more details on what is happening, and nothing, no response. How the hell do they expect me to visit my customers if I cant log into the account. This is the worst, poor, pathetic and most disgusting service I've ever received. Habiba and uashiq failed to even give a mere feedback. Sis maan!!!
It's day 5 now... no word from this shady company on what I asked for. It's clear that they have no intentions of resolving this matter. I'm still waiting on Yudre to call me, until then I'll continue giving bad reviews.
If it takes me writing a bad review on a daily [on all social media platforms], so it shall be. Cell C has once again re-listed me after I've paid them in full (2022). At this point no one can tell me the reason why. Even this guy Yudre Casling cannot explain why they re-listed me. So, I'll just post on a daily until someone senior comes down from their high seats to address me. This is day 1, tomorrow I'll post again on another platform. Have a Cell C day.
So these guys re-listed me on to the credit bureaus... this is well after they send me a paid up letter last year and removed my name and their listing. However, they re-listed me this month stating I'm in default. Strange thing is I called in twice to customer "I don't" care, and was given two firms that I've been handed over to. Now, the first one I called (Hammond Pole Attorneys)they said there's no record of my ID number and name, and the send (Pre EDC)one I couldn't get through as they VN states they are closed. I couldn't even get anything online. I need someone senior from Cell C to call me and explain what is going on. This listing is messing with my score, and I have the proof of payments and the paid up letter to prove I don't owe you people, or are you trying to **** me?!!!!!!!
I bought a new car a month ago, and a tracker was fitted. I was on the basic plan which didn't provide a live tracking option, so I upgraded to the next level up for that feature. To my amazement, that feature is not active, the tracker only gives me the last know location which is misleading. As I write with review my car is at a different location, but the tracker picks it up as being at home. Now I just called the team, only to find that they themselves can't pick up the location when my car is currently situated. WOW!. Now I have been placed on hold for 30 minutes and counting.
I was handed over to this firm after I lost my job and couldn't pay my cell c account. After making payment they send me from pillar to post with my paid up letter. Appalling service from them and Cell C. After contacting cell c, they claim my account hasn't been paid. What nonsense is this. I have all the proof. Sis maan is this how you treat customers.
This company is full of incompetent people. They make empty promises. They harassed me into paying my account while I lost my job due to covid. Now that I paid off my account they are giving me the runaround with my paid up letter so I can clear my name from the credit bureau. After months of wasting airtime and escalating, still no one comes back to me... funny thing is the only people calling me is their sales team offering me deal they know I don't qualify for [pathetic company].
This company doesn't want to send me my paid up letter after I made full payment to SSDA a firm they handed me to. Poor service I got from consultants right up to management.
