I ordered a Toothies toothbrush on 23 January 2024 and paid the price of R409.99 for it. They now advertise the product on their website for R199.99. As per their terms and conditions, delivery is 10 to 15 working days. So from inception of purchase, the delivery should have been on 13 February 2024 (15 working days). I sent en email on 13 February 2024 querying the delivery date and was told there is a delay due to the Chines New Year and I must please bare with them until month end. On 5 March 2024, I emailed again asking for an update and was told that there were issues with the courier company and to please bare with them AGAIN until the end of the week and should i not receive it by the weeks end, I must email them for a FULL refund. Well I am still waiting and today is 13 March 2024. I have emailed them since 11 March 2024 and received no feedback or even a response.
