I managed to flood my bedroom when showering, due to a blocked pipe (I have a wet shower, no rim.) Top carpets and floors Newlands, were given by my insurance (Momentum). From start to finish, I can only say, EXCELLENT. They came and removed soaked carpet. ordered replacement. I was informed By Gerard of all processes. and appointments. Thank you to ****er, Kurt and ***nee. who did complete work from start to finish. Courteous, knowledgeable and extremely polite. They cleaned up all their offcuts and left my house perfect. I cannot express my level of appreciation for their fantastic service. WELL DONE. You guys rock. I have worked in customer service at corporate level, and have qualifications in this field. This team blew me away with their outstanding service and professionalism. I'm the first to complain of bad service, conversely, This service was the best I have had.
