<p>On 5 Aug 2016 I informed Top Vending that I had not received the product selected after inserting the correct amount into their vending machine. Despite promises to reimburse me every time I called their offices ( at least 6 times), no refund has been provided after more than 6 weeks.</p> <p>Clearly Top Vending does not care about its customers and is happy to keep my money. Keep this in mind when next you see one of Top Vending's machines - better to buy from a person than a machine.</p>
