Baddest service of all time
****ty business rip us off the staff is rude on the phone tgey don't take anyone seriously from the phone lady chaney to the manager they are all rude dont recommend this business to anyone

Choose your partners wiser - Courier IT not cutting it for sure
Order Number: 2000232279. Despite being at home and waiting for the delivery all day long, the courier SIPHELELE NDLOVU never arrived. He was quick to send a message jut before his shift end at 15:00 "Contact Not Available." Utter nonsense, of course. Calling Courier, IT has not helped much either. I was supposed to be called back... maybe next year.

TOP VENDING
<p>the ciggarate vending Machine jammed on 2016/11/24 as I was promised a refund on friday, there was only 1 call I recieved promising me to get the refund on friday the 2016/11/25, but after numerous calls to there contact centre I was told they will come to FNB kent building on fridays and wednesday but they cant confirm the time. I a very unhappy customer as there people at there contact centre did not make an effort to make proper communication and I am still continuing calling them but they tell me dont want to give me an exact time when I will recieve my refund.</p>

TOP VENDING

Refund - what is that?
<p>On 5 Aug 2016 I informed Top Vending that I had not received the product selected after inserting the correct amount into their vending machine. Despite promises to reimburse me every time I called their offices ( at least 6 times), no refund has been provided after more than 6 weeks.</p> <p>Clearly Top Vending does not care about its customers and is happy to keep my money. Keep this in mind when next you see one of Top Vending's machines - better to buy from a person than a machine.</p>

not refunded my money
On the 29th of january i called top vending call centre because the snack machine didn't pop out anything and the promised that someone will come and refund/ issue me what i was buying. i called again on the 5th of february to escalate my query and they promised again but still nothing.
