I bought a 1 voucher on the 29th of April. Recharged voucher was unsuccessful but it says already in use. I have sent number of emails and they would contact me advising the refund will be processed until now nothing was done.
I bought wardrobe online and I received it in a box where I have to assimbled it myself. I don't even know how to go about assambling it. I sent an email requesting them to collect it was I won't be able assimbling it. Number of emails where sent but no reply
Without internet for 3 months My internet has been down since 30 January 2024 I then logged a query with Webafrica. Faulty logged with Vumatel reference #192399 on the 17th of February that faulty was closed without any communication. I then contacted them again to find out why the query is closed whilst my line was still not working. I was told technician was shot in Umlazi so teams where withdrawn it's been 3 months now without service. I just want my February and March to be refunded I will find another service provider. Good day, On the 20th of November 2023, I app**** for loan which wad approved with an amount of R22000 and the same day i moved the amount of R11000 to a long term loan account as i wanted to use it at the later stage inly to find out its was moves back to Standards Bank. I visited the branch once i realized that the funds where not available and i was told i can't move them back to my account. Lady advised me to call or send an email to loans department if which i did send but no response was received. .
I have a vumatel Fibre line through Webafrica. I have been without Internet for 25 days, Webafrica logged a faulty line on the 23 Vumatel just closed the faulty case without fixing the problem. This is so frustrating.
I've been a Cell C customer for more than 10 years. The last upgrade I took had problems after few months of my upgrade. After 3 months had problem with the sim card and was told to do a sim swap because the chip was damaged. I did it and after a month had the same problem again. I can't work for sim swap it's too expensive. No one is willing to help me with this I've called Cell C sent emails and sent to Hellopeter more than once but still no joy. Poor service!!!!!!
I have a cell c contract and I was due for an upgrade I upgraded and I received a new mobile phone and new sim card. My sim card stopped working around the 15th of September and I visited the Carlton center branch and was told I was suppose to continue with the old sim card and they checked whether the new sim was ricad. The finalized by saying the sim card was damaged I need to do sim swap of which I must pay R116. I told them I won't pay that amount as it's not my fault that they gave me a damaged sim.

I had a loan with Bayport and I was struggling to pay they loaded garnishee and last payment went through on at the end of July. i:ve been struggling to get paid up letter I've been told that I still owe around R 5000.00. Smses are being sent day in and day out.<br> <br> <br> CAN I PLEASE GET A PAID UP LETTER AND UPDATE ON ITC THAT THE ACCOUNT IS PAID UP IN FULL.
