I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of one of your instant chat agents, Nare ****edi.
I have interacted with this agent on several occasions while following up on the status of my withdrawal of R3,100.00. Unfortunately, the level of service I received has been consistently disappointing. The agent has been unwilling to assist, displayed a very cold attitude, and demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and customer service.
What is most concerning is the absence of any initiative to escalate my query or provide meaningful assistance. Instead, the responses were dismissive and came across as arrogant. This raises serious concerns about whether this behaviour reflects the standards and values that Topbet aims to uphold.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. If I am not regarded as a valued customer, I believe it would be fair to communicate that clearly, as there are several alternative gambling platforms available in the market.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated, that feedback be provided, and that my withdrawal query be properly escalated and resolved without further delay.
