Cold crumbs disgusting

After a long day of work I was pick pocketed from my phone and needed to get a new one I was exhausted of everything happened and decided to go to Topeka Spur Kenilworth my partner and I just wanted to eat and to get home. We ordered 2 double sauce burgers 1 was cheesy garlic and 1 was the mushroom sauce burger the burgers eventually arrived to our table cold only the chips was warm there was 2 teas****s of each sauce on the side we got the end of the onion rings which was like crumbs hard and cold .The waiter did not come half way as they usually do to check up and inquire if everything was OK. I stretched my neck to look where she was but nowhere to be found. The chocolate milkshake did not have enough chocolate syrup so that was also disappointing. After the day I had this meal was disgusting. I need to be compensated or refunded the amount of 399.00. Please spur email me your response
