Wynand De Villiers Blue concert ticket money

I bought tickets for the Blue concert in Cape Town for October on the top tickets website. A few days later the concert was cancelled, top tickets website has been taken down and we cannot find anyone from DeVillers Events to refund us. The owner Wynand De Villers is now under liquidation and there has been no further communication regarding our ticket refund.

I received an email communication saying due to bad ticket sales the concert was cancelled yet BLUE posted that they cancelled the concert due to breach of contract by the promoter which is DeVilliers events.

The company took our money knowing this concert was not going to happen
