I would not even give half a star if I had a choice, POOR customer service and staff do not know what an account statement is, only thing is the outstanding amount not sure how accurate that is also, Tosta debited my account 24/11/2025 to date they claim they have not seen the payment reflect on their side, I asked for a statement, instead they send me a different amount I owe, then said it was a mistake then sent me the letter indicating the overdue balance which is the same amount debited on my account 24/11/2025 today is is 01/12/2025- When I say I paid they do not respond to that instead they are saying there are more fees I owe but they are unable to send the statement!!!!!! so I can see the fees, Their service is poor and do not respect consumers, we talking money here, you cannot debit R1.9K and say it is not reflecting from 24 Nov to 1 Dec, even worse they debited in my account without me authorizing the debit order- and now giving me an excuse to say the money is not in their account, Its inhuman how they treat their customers.........I AM STILL WAITING FOR A STATEMENT AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!
