Very bad experience. Took in a very expensive Elba gas stove for a check and service. Took almost 2 months, and I had to check in with them. When it was eventually ready, they never did all I asked. Fetched the oven, now, a few weeks later, the oven does not ignite with the button. The main burner on top also not getting enough gas through, which is supposed to be the speedy burner, is now the slowest burner. I will not recommend or support them at all. We are 50km away from them, now I have to take the oven back for checks, on my cost again.
