Im using this anti virus company since last year, but my premium increases without notification every month. Then my bank (Nedbank) adds an additional R10 for the "exchange rate". Strange tho, my Netflix subscription is also from outside SA, but the payments remain the same every month. No add-ons for the exchange rate. I tried to cancel my TotalAV subscription today, but you need a degree to do it on the website. It is absolutely crazy! I requested support from the support team, but they refuse and continue to refer me to the website. Also be careful the auto renewal subscription for the second year is almost three times more. Very disappointing.
