I bought a voucher using Fomo as a birthday gift for my friend and the appointment was for Wednesday morning at 10,unfortunately her child got sick Tuesday night and in the morning she had to rush the baby to the doctor and I sent communication to postpone the appointment and I was told that I must pay R100 for rebooking, this is insane

Bought 2 vouchers from FOMO for the above spa in December 2023. 1st I could not get a booking for a Friday or Saturday because they told me they are fully booked due to the special they were running. As a business if you know you cannot manage your booking you should have limited vouchers. That means I have to now book for during the week and I am a full time worker. I then managed to get a booking 1 voucher for a Tuesday and 1 voucher for a Friday. Upon a arrival I am told they cancelled the booking because they reserved my booking for the Friday, needless to say I made 2 seperate bookings on two different occassions with 2 different voucher numbers. I confirmed booking via WHATS app as well as e-mail. I was then turned away and that after travelling all the way from Boksburg to Sandton. Very poorly managed and unprofessional service.
