Vandalism at property in Vierfontein Free State before registration reported to GAP Management 2 months ago, not taking accountability and failing to resolve
Bought 2 vouchers from FOMO for the above spa in December 2023. 1st I could not get a booking for a Friday or Saturday because they told me they are fully booked due to the special they were running. As a business if you know you cannot manage your booking you should have limited vouchers. That means I have to now book for during the week and I am a full time worker. I then managed to get a booking 1 voucher for a Tuesday and 1 voucher for a Friday. Upon a arrival I am told they cancelled the booking because they reserved my booking for the Friday, needless to say I made 2 seperate bookings on two different occassions with 2 different voucher numbers. I confirmed booking via WHATS app as well as e-mail. I was then turned away and that after travelling all the way from Boksburg to Sandton. Very poorly managed and unprofessional service.
Very good service from Danny Olivier on quoting and signing me up for car insurance. She has such a pleasant voice usually I dont entertain insurance calls but was even offered a better premium then the others
I deposited R600 cash at the ATM at Nedback Carnivall Mall. I entered the account number and left out the last digit. I then got a receipt saying the transaction was cancelled and the money was retained. I then waited at the ATM for a few minutes but nothing else happened. I then went into the back to report the matter whereby the teller gave me a reference number. I called the call centre the Monday and was told to go back to the branch if it doesnt reflect in 3 days as they need to balance the ATM. I then went back to the branch and the lady told me the query has been resolved. I then spoke to the personal banker who told me the same thing. I requested for them to give me the proff that the money reflects in my account whereby I was told ti phone 3 days later then it will reflect in my account. All of the above dates back to 25/02/2023. To date this payment doesnt reflect on my account and Nedbank Credit Card division phones me everyday saying my account is overdue
Very happy with service from Tsepo pleasant and polite guy assisting me to decrease my monthly premium as well as access. Very knowledgable on their product, would recommend him and the company anytime
