I went in to get a battery done on my expensive watch, only to have to go back because it kept stopping and starting. The girl at the store said the battery was fine and then tried closing my watch. Which seemed like a huge problem. After the 1st attempt I leave only for the watch for open again. ***. This is a R4000 watch. The two idiots working there, who are uneducated for the job, tried again and then left a scratches and a dent on the back face. This watch was only opened twice by this store. Tried contacting the manager, but to no avail. I wasn't surprised. Do not purchase or have anything done to your jewelry at this store. It's cheap for a reason.
