After checking my account statement, I noticed there that was a double deduction on my card fees. I sent a request to have the reversal done. An email was sent that I would be contacted with a solution to the request. Till date I haven't received any communication. I cannot wait to change banks and move to a bank where I feel comfortable being a customer. Having been a customer for over 10 years I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service from this bank.
KFC at coastlands hotel is literally the worse branch I have ever been too. There is no sense of professionalism, basic common sense or customer service. Every single day I go to buy a cup of coffee, the machine is always broken. What are your managers doing to ensure the equipment is always working properly ??? There is one cashier who has the job of also packing the food and calling out for customers. Food takes typically half an hour to be ready. The food is Bellow par level. This is so shocking as this is bad in UMHLANGA. Please investigate the issues at this branch as you have MANY unhappy customers.
Dischem Gateway is literally the worst dischem store I have ever been too. Whoever is in charge of HR needs to be fired. I was at the store last weekend and asked one of your "beauty" consultants to assist me with the shading of a foundation. I was given such an attitude and the consultant was so rude I eventually found the correct shade MYSELF. How the hell can a customer purchase something without knowing if it is the correct shade??? Your consultants are utterly useless and act like they are doing us a favour by standing like a bunch of idiots on the floor . Save yourself the trouble and never shop here. Pavilion is a much better option.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE AT THIS CHEAP STORE. I went in to get a battery done on my expensive watch, only to have to go back because it kept stopping and starting. The girl at the store said the battery was fine and then tried closing my watch. Which seemed like a huge problem. After the 1st attempt I leave only for the watch for open again. ***. This is a R4000 watch. The two idiots working there, who are uneducated for the job, tried again and then left a scratches and a dent on the back face. This watch was only opened twice by this store. Tried contacting the manager, but to no avail. I wasn't surprised. Do not purchase or have anything done to your jewelry at this store. It's cheap for a reason.
I did a like for like comparison and was told that someone would contact me regarding the cash back as outsurance was not able to beat the quotation. I would just like to inform people that this is a scam and they do not do this service. False advertising and fraud is what outsurance needs to be charged with.
If I could give a rating of 0 I would. Most pathetic bank when it comes to assisting customers with queries and extremely untrained and s****ed call centre agents who do not know what they are doing. I recently put through a request for a transaction that I needed to be reverted back to me. I was told that I could complete a dispute form and the issue will be handled and that there was no time limit on the transaction. After the documents are completed I get an email stating that they can't do the revert because time has passed. If a client has put a payment through for an item that they did not receive and is not getting assistance from the retail site, our bank should be able to assist . Absolute **** bank. Will be changing to nedbank soon.
I purchased an item online in June 2018 expecting it by August 2018 and I did not receive it. The seller insisted that he would send another or refund me and till date I have not received both. After contacting eBay for a refund I was informed that they could not assist me as the term has passed. Which is complete bull****. It's their SELLER. I was asked to contact PayPal for a refund and that has ventured into nothing as well as they have been unable to assist me as well. I would not recommend to purchase anything from ebay.
Had the utmost pathetic service at the Sars office in umhlanga. After I was done I knew something was not right so I called the Sars office and turns out the woman who assisted me didn't put all my documentation into the system. This is such unprofessional behavior. Now I have to go back and stand in line to redo my tax for the 2018 tax season. This is such pathetic behavior
On Sunday (30/10) we ordered our meals from the simply Asia in pavilion. We were abit short for time due to our movie starting in 15minutes. The manager ( I didn't get a chance to get his name) at this branch was so helpful and we got our food right on time. It was absolutely delicious. This is such great customer service. I even had the same service from the umhlanga pearls branch. Good wor**** Keep up the great service and great food.
