Great after sales service on great quality- and unique product!
What great service and special product range! I ordered a ring for my husband for his birthday. Firstly I was concerned that I will be too late to order and I requested this via email. My email was answered on the same day and I recieved a call asking for further information on what I would like to order to make sure that it will be available in time. The order was delivered the very next day (In Pretoria)! The size was however as I suspected way too big on my own miss judgement. However I emailed and I was immediately assisted to arrange for an exchange as I did not engrave luckily. After showing my husband he actually liked the watches as well and we ended up visiting the showroom/offices where he then picked the perfect size and watch to match! Great service, awesome product, great quality! I would recommend Touchwood anytime!

Terrible service from Touch Wood
We ordered a custom size pine mirror from Touch Wood. Raw wood. This was ordered (and paid for) 21 February. In 3 days it will be 2 months since we ordered it. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks to be ready. WE have had to follow up on our order and keep being told it will be ready soon. I was told last Thursday by the manager that it would be ready the following Tuesday. It is now a week later and I was told it will DEFINITELY be ready today. I am disgusted by the poor communication from this company. They have said their supplier has had a backlog. But to keep promising that it will be ready is unprofessional. If a supplier is not reliable the company should look elsewhere for the product. I regret paying upfront for the product as I am sure that if Touch Wood were still getting money out of the deal that they would hurry up and provide the product.
