**Subject: Extremely Disappointed – Toughees Quality Is Not What It Claims**

I am extremely disappointed in Toughees. I purchased a pair of black school shoes for my son in January 2026, trusting the brand’s reputation for durability and “100% leather” quality.

After just 3 months, the shoes are already peeling. This is completely unacceptable for a product that is marketed as long-lasting and premium. School shoes are supposed to withstand daily wear, not fall apart within a single term.

This experience feels misleading. Customers choose Toughees specifically because of its reputation, yet the product I received does not reflect that standard at all.

I expect Toughees to take responsibility for this and provide a resolution. At the very least, I want a replacement or a full refund.
