For every kind of Tough or is it now weak?

Dear Toughees,

Beginning of the year my cousin purchased a pair of school shoes. The transaction was made at Ackerman's Stanger. The school they only opened on the 14th of January in KwaZulu Natal. But by the 14th of February there were already torned. I suggested she takes them back to Ackerman's Stanger. Where she was not assisted actually the blame was put to her. There are reason's as to why we still by Toughees instead of the other brands. She no longer has the receipt. I have the picture with the barcode if you need to investigate the full patch
