Dear Toughees, Beginning of the year my cousin purchased a pair of school shoes. The transaction was made at Ackerman's Stanger. The school they only opened on the 14th of January in KwaZulu Natal. But by the 14th of February there were already torned. I suggested she takes them back to Ackerman's Stanger. Where she was not assisted actually the blame was put to her. There are reason's as to why we still by Toughees instead of the other brands. She no longer has the receipt. I have the picture with the barcode if you need to investigate the full patch
I submitted a claim with Old Mutual Genrik on the 03rd November. Their turnaround time is 7-14 working days. I was advised my claim was referred Medical Claim Assist. I have been waiting for feedback on the claim outcome since then calling every day-Old Mutual Kaelo. Initially i was advise that med assist would reach out my medical asking them to resubmit using PMB. On the 18 Dec i was included in an email communication indicating authorization was already processed using PMB and they referred to my November statement. On the 22nd i spoke to Kelly who was not willing to listen to what i was explaining i even asked to forward her the communication. What is concerning is everytime i would follow up on my claim i would be told about my claim. I have never took a policy it was not with medclaim and i was not advise that come claim state a blame would be shifted to third party. As of today we have exceeded the 14 days turnaround time give by Old mutual. On the 24th Dec i reach out once again on which i asked to spek to Portia because of the level of service i would get from Kelly was apoling she would rush me not willing to engage hence i asked for Portia. I was advised she would call back after she is finished with a call that was around 9. At 11 i called again and spoke to Nokthula who asked Portia to call me. When she called me at 11:45 she advised she only was advised that i called at 11. I narrated the whole thing to her she promised she would call before end business with feedback from medclaim. Again i am being told of medclaim. At 16:47 i called again and spoke to Liaam who advise claim is on final stage i should expect an sms. He indicated he could see claim it was back from medclaim and it was only submitted on date at 9. Liaam went as far as to confirm which claims that i was referring and which doctors. This morning i call once again spoke to kelly who said claim is still with medclaim. I called again spoke to Nardine who i ask her to transfer me to Portia. When i spoke to Portia she confirmed what Kelly had said. My concern is the conflicting information which i keep getting everytime i call. And also the fact i keep on being told about medclaim despite the turnaround time having already elapsed. Every call i keep on explaining i don't want to start new year with medical bills outstanding. i took this policy wanting peace of mind. This passing the blame to a third part which i am not contracted to is really irrating. I need feedback as a matter of urgency so i can see what further steps to take. I think Old mutual doesnot want to honor the contract.

I had stopped using PicknPay Asap because there are always issues. On the 26th i placed an order they place the holding fee. And eventually the price of the order was less than the holding. I am still waiting for my money to be send back to my account, called them and was advised to check with my bank if maybe it not pending. Nothing on the bank. Yesterday i placed toiletries order for my son who was leaving. The order was meant to be delivered at 8 it changed to 8:30 and then get a delay notification. At 9 driver is out. And then arrived. I tell my kids to go and collect. Just few minutes get message order cancelled. Your driver did not even wait 5 minutes or call me. Now i have to wait for the refund. 7 days for the bank to finalize.
My credit bureau has Opto DMC i don't know this company. Please remove this on my profile.
It been almost 4 months trying to contact Experian. From nowhere i owe Just Bridge. Debt taken last year. Last year i was not even employed.
Yesterday i went to see a specialist who then later wanted to admit me. I took Medshield in November last year and i was given 3 months waiting periods. Medshield refused to release the authorization yesterday because i am less than a year with their medical aid. They further said they will do an investigation which takes 3-5 working days. I have an emergency but still have to wait 3-5 days.
I have a very awful experience with pharmacy direct I uploaded my script on Wednesday and did not get any response Thursday I called them spoke to a consultant. I explained I am worried since our company is closing Friday as I had selected company address as delivery address. I take really sensitive medication. Spoke to the consultant updated address to residential. It been over a week without my meds.
My mother travelled with Intercity from Amanzimtoti to Johannesburg. She came home with a wrong luggage. She took passenger Manzini's luggage. Passenger that travelled from PMB to Montrose and Manzini took hers. We have been trying contact InterCity from 08:00 this morning sends WhatsApp and e-mail with no luck. We need her bag back as it has her chronic medication as well as important documents.
I placed on order with KFC yesterday on their Order 111339 I then got an update that Mnqobi K has accepted my order estimated delivery time 18:26. When checking on the app it said Mnqobi is on his way to the restaurant. At 18:45 I started calling the restaurant. I called KFC Galleria. 4 times calling and being advise Mnqobi has not collected. I ask the recipient if he can't contact him it already 19:00 and my kids haven't eat he says them as KFC it not their responsibility to contact the driver. I ask him whose responsibility it is cause I always order and never had this encounter. At I think 19:30 I call customer care just than I get advised driver cancel. I spent R50 airtime calling KFC sending messages my kids slept eating bread. The guy I spoke to said he has now authorize a refund. A refund that take 7-14 working days. I want my food and my airtime. And a proper apology from KFC Galleria
