Bought a drone for my grandson on 22 February 2026, only to find it was broken when opening the box. Took it back two days after purchase. Told by a staff member that I needed to bring the 4th propeller and they would exchange. Obviously fell out of the box when we took it out. Went back a week later on 4 March 2026 as I had been ill. only to be told by the store manager Bernice (who first told me there was no manager in store to assist- later found out that she was the manager) that we had used it and no one to approve exchange as all on training and I should come back on the Friday (two days later). Even got told that the ties in the box holding the drone down are not theirs. So where did I get them from? I told her I was not coming back as it cost me petrol up and down. I called their HO and eventually the customer care manager Waseem called me back before close of business. It’s been two weeks now and I have made numerous calls to Waseem, to no avail as he is always in meetings and going to return my calls. Waseem was going to check camera footage of 24 February 2026 between 10.10 and 10.30 to see whom had assisted me at the door.,

How much work gets done in that office if he is always in meetings? I am tired of calling and all I ask is for a full refund of R750 or an exchange so that I can give my grandson his gift.
Tired of waiting.
