Bought something online work R850 on sale. I ordered on a Friday evening and went in store on Saturday and found a better deal which I purchased and sent an email immediately to customer care to cancel that order and do a refund before it can be sent out on delivery.
They reply later on the week to say it was already handed to courier. Amazing how fast they did that delivery which only came to me the following week.
They said I have to return it to the courier company for the refund. they then come later the week to pick it up and I have received no correspondence to say whether the courier company has it or handed it to them. it could've easily got ****** or lost and there was no one to tell me about my parcel. What's worse is when I go onto my profile it's shows no orders have been placed but prior to the return it showed my order on the profile.
I emailed back and fourth numerous times and the customer care was of no help whatsoever. I am still awaiting my refund or any news about wer the parcel is.
This is the worse online store I have ever encountered. I have ordered from many online stores and have done returns with no problems.
Toy Kingdom is pathetic
