They delayed me bringing in my car as there was a service part on order. Took it in on the booked date, car not done as the spare not there. Over R1500 in Uber fees. Spoke to the dealer principle and service manager, they did not care except for feeble excuses and backtracking. Customer means nothing. Service adviser useless. Tried to buy a Prado, told not to bother as the eating list to long, tried to buy a GR Bakkie, salesman tried to sell me another model in the floor. Walked out frustrated.
