UTTER UTTER UTTER RUBBISH SERVICE AND RACIST STAFF MEMBER AT TOYOTA CENTURION FRANCIS BUYS!
I brought my TOYOTA YARIS in on the 13th December 2021 for a checkup on my suspention as it was making a noise and the service advisor was not accommadating at all.
Firstly she very rude, she did not greet and she was not even looking at me in my eye as i chatted to her on the problem! I guess its because im not white!
However i got through what needed to be done and waited a day as was told. As soon as i come in today on the 14th to collect my car, my gear box thread has been torn off on the knob completely by the people who worked on the car and i was told by the service advisor that the alignment has been done as requested, and paid but my invoice does not show the alignment qoute!
What rubbish service is this! Is this the toyota that came from china!
She was arrogent and rude to me and very disrespectful and i expect an apology!
I EXPECT MY KNOB OF MY GEAR TO BE FIXED AS TOYOTA ARE THE ONES WHO RIPPED IT! NOW FIX IT OR REPLACE IT! I EXPECT AN ALIGNEMNT DONE AS I PAID FOR IT BUT MY INVOICE DOES NOT SHOW IT!
I asked the serice advisor if my car is ready after i paid as she was standing right next to it when completed but she said they will bring it to me, guess what same time the guard tells me your car is here and she just walks away!
Is this the new apartheid regimn! I EXPECT AN APOLOGY FROM TOYOTA AND MY GEAR KNOB FIXED AND CAR ALIGNMENT DONE! OR MY LAWYER WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH TOYOTA!
