Poor service!!!

I’m so over their service and need to know how long does it take to get the parts a head light to specific? I have been waiting for my car to get fixed from the 24th of January. It been over a month now, pushing two. My car still hasn't been fixed because they’re waiting for parts. They keep on extending the arrival dates, saying that the light is in Midrand and it has to go through inspection.

I suspect that this story is not true and they’re probably covering up for the panel beater. I honestly don’t understand how they ended up calling me because in my understanding they should be communicating with the panel beater.
