I bought this bed from sleep masters shelly in october last year and went for a 2months holiday so this means i started using it this year. It is not comfortable, it’s sagging and when making the bed it is so visible that i was sleeping. The bed is uneven and it has started giving me a terrible backache. I paid R5900 and thought they would give a decent bed.
I have bought two microwaves from this brands and i have learned the hardest way. I bought the first microwave at OK furniture and it stopped working after a year, OK couldn’t assist because the warranty had expired then. I then bought the second microwave last year from takealot and they won’t allow me to make a return. It started making bursting sound within the few months and now it doesn’t heat the food. I have concluded that this is not a good brand because i also bought a stove and took it back because it was too slow. I’m done with this brand!!!!!
inconvenient I have haven’t made any claims and it’s been a year with budget but my issue is the debit date. These people will take money on a random date before payday. I have tried talking to them and they promised to fix the issue but it’s still happening and i’m beyond annoyed, leaving me with no choice but cancel this madness!!!!
I am so over their service! Trust them to tell you lies and empty promises. I have been waiting for my car to get fixed from the 24th of January 2024. It been over a month now, pushing two. My car still hasn't been fixed because they’re waiting for parts a headlight to be specific. On the 8th of March i asked about the estimated arrival date of the light they said they were not sure. They are claiming that they have 70% of the parts and it’s only the light that’s stopping them. Moreover, there will be a waiting period of up 15 working days once they have received the light before i can get the car. This means that i will get the car in April, keep in mind that we have easter holidays that are coming up which might also cause a delay. What upsets me about this is that i also got a call from toyota ( Shelly Beach) telling me that they are sorry about the delay and inconvenience. This to me looks like a cover up from the panel beater because why are they involving me in issues between them and their supplier? Are they not supposed to communicate with them? I then decided to involve my insurance and the panel beater promised to give me the courtesy car. Did i get the car ? NO, again “we were not aware that all our cars are with clients, as soon as one customer returns the car we will make sure to give you one” till this day i am waiting. I

I’m so over their service and need to know how long does it take to get the parts a head light to specific? I have been waiting for my car to get fixed from the 24th of January. It been over a month now, pushing two. My car still hasn't been fixed because they’re waiting for parts. They keep on extending the arrival dates, saying that the light is in Midrand and it has to go through inspection. I suspect that this story is not true and they’re probably covering up for the panel beater. I honestly don’t understand how they ended up calling me because in my understanding they should be communicating with the panel beater.
Good day, We've been communicating with both our Attorneys and the RAF for payout for my Father’s accident in 2007. The Attorneys does not get any feedback and keep on saying we are waiting for a court date. thus my mom went to RAF last year, and was told to consult with her Attorneys. we still don't know what to do and where we stand concerning the Payout. No response even from email sent to us.
