Poor service from Toyota Shelly Beach

I’m more than upset!! Dropped my car for service at around 07:00 morning for a normal service at Toyota Shelly Beach. They were supposed to pick me up when done with service, and they called me at 16:02, telling me the driver will be picking me up from Shelly Centre, where I’d been working from the whole day. Their driver lied twice, saying I wasn’t at the spot they were supposed to pick me up from. Two hours later I’m still waiting at the same spot, for them to pick me up. It’s dark, and I need my car :(, and I need to go home.

It’s the second time I have issues with pickup from this Toyota. It’s just ridiculous that something as simple as making sure the client gets his/her car can be made this hard. Don’t provide the service if you don’t have capacity to deliver the promise.
