TERRIBLE SERVICE

Firstly when I had my car serviced it took for ever and when I arrived to collect my car (after being told it would be ready) I was then told that the brakes needs to be done. At 16:30 with me sitting there !!!!!!!!!!

Today I asked for a quote to have the brakes done. Asked for the quote this morning and got it telephonically. Still have not received the emailed quote and this is something I should have been quoted for when the car was serviced
