I am writing this email with a heavy, saddened heart and disappointed emotions by your Mafikeng Dealer (service department). This is my first Toyota vehicle and I am not impressed. I took in the vehicle for service on 15 January 2024 for 60 000KM service and all went well and took in again for 70 000KM on 26 June 2024 only to find that the vehicle on the Toyota system it says the vehicle is in for 165 000KM and to my surprise the service book also says 165 000 which I never checked during my first service, (my big mistake to trust). On 26 June the service advisor was Nicolene P, and she argued that the cluster of the vehicle had been changed. There is no way that a 2013 model vehicle can have such low kilometers, it can never be the system or someone's error. Despite the fact that the information that the system has it gets feeded by humans. Attached please find the customer order forms and screenshot for both January 2024 and June 2024. According to the interval services the vehicle 60 000KM service is not even recorded on the system.
