Buying the car was a smooth process. The paperwork was done quickly and the delivery smoothly. I was told to register the car and get the number plates and I would get a refund for the payments made, I did that and sent proof of payment. It’s been more than 2 weeks now waiting for the refund. I am always told it will get done but nothing is ever done. I feel ****med

I am writing this email with a heavy, saddened heart and disappointed emotions by your Mafikeng Dealer (service department). This is my first Toyota vehicle and I am not impressed. I took in the vehicle for service on 15 January 2024 for 60 000KM service and all went well and took in again for 70 000KM on 26 June 2024 only to find that the vehicle on the Toyota system it says the vehicle is in for 165 000KM and to my surprise the service book also says 165 000 which I never checked during my first service, (my big mistake to trust). On 26 June the service advisor was Nicolene P, and she argued that the cluster of the vehicle had been changed. There is no way that a 2013 model vehicle can have such low kilometers, it can never be the system or someone's error. Despite the fact that the information that the system has it gets feeded by humans. Attached please find the customer order forms and screenshot for both January 2024 and June 2024. According to the interval services the vehicle 60 000KM service is not even recorded on the system.

<p>I bought a car on the flow on 27000km in December 2015. I wasn't told that the car was previously involved in an accident, I found out few Monticello later when it had a funny noise and took it back. I was sent back home and was told to enjoy the car. Then the car started to peel off,the original color is red but now the is another blue color showing. I took it back and they gave me a bad attitude and all sort. I took the car to AA and they wrote a 7 pages report. It confirmed everything and I presented the case to Ombudsmen about 7 months ago I'm still waiting for their ruling.</p>
