Buying the car was a smooth process. The paperwork was done quickly and the delivery smoothly. I was told to register the car and get the number plates and I would get a refund for the payments made, I did that and sent proof of payment. It’s been more than 2 weeks now waiting for the refund. I am always told it will get done but nothing is ever done. I feel ****med
I bought voice minutes on the 4th of February on the MTN app. I never received them, when I called they said they will ask their accounts department and I was not tge first person to call about a similar problem that day. I was promised a refund when I called a week later. I have provided proof that the money went out of my account but to this day I still have not received my refund.
The Bergen's Helderkruin was very quick in fetching my faulty washing machine. I paid the full amount in two months and they kept saying KIC hasn't sent the needed part to repair the machine. While I understood that the fault might be with KIC, I would have appreciated if they kept communicating the delay. I have to be the one always asking for an update. After 4 months of the machine still not being fixed, I asked for a refund and they said the can't do refund, the best they can do is give me a loan machine to use while I wait. Why did they not offer this when they realised KIC was taking long to deliver? They said the unit takes a day or so to organise, it has been 6 days without receiving the loan unit. It's sad that I have already paid the full amount. I would never recommend them to anyone.
My mother spent 2 weeks at MedLeb. She had some kind of a drip in her left arm and she said she constantly told them her left arm was painful but they kept saying they need to keep it in there. They only took it out on the day we went to fetch her. He left AC fossa now has hard pus in it that doesn't come out.
We went to the Mo-zam-bik restaurant in Randpark Ridge, and the food was heavenly. We had hake and calamari, hake and medium prawns, mojito, and the green mamba. The service was good as well.
They never answer their phones. I called for 5 working days and no reply. I emailed the manager/supervisor Ntau Letebele at Polokwane, and still no reply. He also does not answer his telephone
My Dad passed away in December. I submitted my claim within a week after his funeral. I was requested to submit an affidavit stating my relationship to him. I was shocked. I did that, and a lady called and told me they would call the funeral directors and the investigating officer (it was a car accident) and talk to them. I was to get a call 48 hours after they spoke to them. It has been a week with no form of any communication from their side.
I canceled my subscription due to poor service and the double billing in 1 month without refund issued. They came to collect the router and charged R250 for that, which is fine. I paid R500 that was outstanding and that means I owe them the R250 for router collection. I was shocked to see that the R500 I paid was never processed. I have submitted the proof of payment as it appears on my bank statement but I got no help from them. They only communicate via WhatsApp so they just blue ticked me
I went to Dr Fateye's rooms in Dobsonville shopping center today and will definitely not be going back. The receptionist is rude and not very helpful
Trying to order from this place is a nightmare. They don't accept the orders for delivery until the process is timed out. I have tried more times than I can count
