Worse experience was treated Unfairly. Car was damaged and they refused to take responsibility of damages done in their workshop. Toyota South Africa could not assist me after I contacted them was told I don't have a case because there is no proof that it was done by rand stadium the glen.

I experienced a bad service from toyota randstaduim. They do not care for there clients from the staff and managements. I ordered parts on the 4tg of November i havent recieved it till today .when i spoke to Jerald ,he said he doesnt owe me an explanation, he deals with big clients/business . I spoke with solly , he promised to deliver monday . I didnt get my delivery on monday , i called him and got another excuse. I left a messafe with the receptionist to schedule a call with me and the dealer principle . They said he will be back Wednesday. Till today nothing . I never received my parts and im not being update and this is not the first time receiving such poor service.

I reported about the installation of the new radio in my Toyota C-HR since from November last year. Yesterday they called me and told me that they delaying because of the Corona Virus. Really,I can't stand this anymore
