I dropped off my frame at PG Edenvale flat glass for them to install a mirror . The Manager is Ryan . They had promised my that they will inform me telephonically once the mirror is ready . I had recieved no communication. I decided to go there he said that he asked a technician to keep it safe i should come back the following day. I went there the following day i hear a different story that he threw it away. Where did he get the right to throw my things out without even informing me. When i call requesting for my frame , he tell me he doesn't care , he does want to replace my frame. I want my frame if he refuses to service me so i can go elsewhere to get the service. For a manger he is full of attitude and has poor customer service.
I experienced a bad service from toyota randstaduim. They do not care for there clients from the staff and managements. I ordered parts on the 4tg of November i havent recieved it till today .when i spoke to Jerald ,he said he doesnt owe me an explanation, he deals with big clients/business . I spoke with solly , he promised to deliver monday . I didnt get my delivery on monday , i called him and got another excuse. I left a messafe with the receptionist to schedule a call with me and the dealer principle . They said he will be back Wednesday. Till today nothing . I never received my parts and im not being update and this is not the first time receiving such poor service.
I am experience poor service from FNB and Brolink brokers . No one is paying attention to my complaint . The only calls im recieving are from investigators for a small scratch . When i call and request the managers they are always busy and never get back to you . Poor service from team leaders and management . Its been two months being taken pillar tp post
I experienced poor service and racism . I had a dent on my car , someone scratch my vehicle at the back . I didnt cause the accident , it was the other driver whose responsible for the accident . The dent is a size of a small coin . They refuse to fix my car , instead the telling me about on going investigation that don't end . The service is incredible poor and not to mention they're are extremely racist . This is a small scratch not even a dent and they refuse to fix it , what happens in tbe case of a major accident ? They've been sending different people to me. I will go to ombudsman for this and yet if i don't receive a response i will cancel my policy .
