Poor service ****mers

I went into the store at spring field just browsing to see what interesting stuff they had , my son like a toy like a plush toy it was abit over priced for a plush so i told him il think about it. After considering it i decided i would like to buy it . I called in a few minutes ago a guy that cant speak english properly tells me they dont keep toys like that.

I told him i was there a few days ago and i saw it, let me speak to someone else. This other lady comes she cant even pronounce her own name properly and tells me the same thing. They seem very confused to be working in a toy store.

I spent over 10 minuites on a call i paid for just for her to confirm they they have it. Now apparantely the price has also increased in less than 5 days.

I dont believe that this shop is affiliated with toys r us. Very poorly trained and managed staff i hope they get people who actually know about toys and not just random people to work there.
