WORST SERVICE

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the "NO SERVICE" I'm received from the branch in Trade Route Mall regarding an electric blanket I purchased late June. Only less than 3 weeks of using it then it was faulty, They are refusing to refund as they do not have any stock available, WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I just needed it to be replaced, even if I were to pay a difference if it's a different brand, they're still refusing. The only option I'm given is to take anything of the same value, WHY when there's absolutely NOTHING I need from the store???????

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
