Avoid this company - shipped items never arrive and they take no responsibility

Under no circumstances would I recommend ever ordering anything from this company, at least if you in South Africa. Without going into all the sordid detail, the bottom line is: - they take no responsibility for delivery. If your items don't turn up, too bad, never mind that shipping responsibility was fully in their hands. - they are impossible to communicate intelligently with. The only mechanism is via email; responses received are limited to reiterating that tracking link, with no attempt whatsoever to engage with the content of my email to them

Nearly two months after their own estimated final delivery date nothing has been received and the tracking status has not changed for a month, with me powerless to do anything at all about it.
