Great service
On the same day I complained about Tradesman not attending my problem, Polite Matlou from Tradesman called me. She was kind and tried her utmost to help me. Within 24 hours she solved my problem. I received 5 star from Polite ! She is wonderful asset to Tradesman 24/7

HONEST BUSSINESS ?
By mistake I paid TradesMan24/7 twice for the same job done by them. When I found out about my mistake I immediately e-mailed them to please refund me for the second payment. I requested a read report, but they ignored my request as well as not contacting me. Here under my e-mail to them. Good morning, Please find attached my POPx2. I made the mistake yesterday by paying you twice. One, I made an immediate payment and the other normal payment. Both payments already show on my bank statement. Please be so kind to refund me for the second payment. Kind regards,

Bad service and bad Geyser installation
My geyser has was faulty and the manufacturer voided the warranty 4 days it was installed in 2021. We didn’t have hot water for almost 2 weeks.. The manufacturer sent out someone to come and install the geyser on the 14th of September 2023. Everything went well but today on the 17th the water is called AGAIN. We have called the 24/7 landline but we have been waiting for almost 2 hours. I am so angry why a 24/7 line is taking so long. Now it’s such an inconvenience again and with load shedding my kids are suffering. Job card : 7262
