I am experiencing the same issues that many other customers have reported regarding Trafalgar Property Management on this platform. The service and communication levels are extremely poor. In particular, I have had ongoing challenges with a staff member at the Durban branch, Pritika, whose conduct has been consistently unprofessional. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any assistance, and this is now the second negative interaction I have had with her. Her manner has been dismissive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for a customer‑facing role. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from Trafalgar Property Management is deeply concerning.
