I am experiencing the same issues that many other customers have reported regarding Trafalgar Property Management on this platform. The service and communication levels are extremely poor. In particular, I have had ongoing challenges with a staff member at the Durban branch, Pritika, whose conduct has been consistently unprofessional. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any assistance, and this is now the second negative interaction I have had with her. Her manner has been dismissive and unhelpful, which is unacceptable for a customer‑facing role. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from Trafalgar Property Management is deeply concerning.
Payment of claim- Car write off I informed King Price about my car accident on 28 June 2023 about my car accident so that they can assist with processing the claim. It is now the 17th of July, the company is looking for loopholes not to payout my claim. I have been getting calls from different consultants, so far i have been told that my VIN no. is incorrect, that I submitted an incorrect car model and that my car is a manual not an automatic. All of which is incorrect. Now they are saying that M&M code is incorrect and that they want to correct this before claim can be process. I told them that I've never hear of this code before, even when I was taking up this insurance. So whose error is it cause there is nothing on my policy that makes reference to an M&M code. I have asked them to send me recordings of when I took up the insurance, there has been no response to date on this matter. Its pathetic the lengths that this Insurance company is taking for them not to process my claim.
I placed an order and paid EFT on 10 July 2020. I also emailed them proof of payment on that same day. I've been following up on my order with no success. I sent an email on 13 July 2020 to ask about the statua of my order. They asked for proof of payment, i sent the same proof that i emailed on the 10th of July. I sent am email on 27 and 29 July 2020. On the 30th of July, they responded to say they sent the same email of requesting proof of payment. I called that same day and was told i'll get my parcel that day. I've been calling since then, phone is always on voicemail. also called the whatsapp number they have on their receipt and website. I just called a few minutes ago, they said they will call me back, im still waiting. Im not sure if this is a legit company, I paid R639,95. I want my money back. Regards
Im so hurt and disappointed. Ordered Personalised Cosy Gift set for fathers day. Its been exactly a week of waiting. Im not sure whether I was scammed or what. Each consultant I speak to keeps saying different stories, item still in production or will be delivered today. Everyday is the same story. I wouldnt recommend any first time buyer to buy. Im still waiting, 7 days later. The consultants attitude are appauling, its like a norm to speak down on customers. They consistently lie. Ive been sending emails that I want my money back.
<p>We had a break in today, 2 Sept 2016, at one of the Rapid Rentals units in Waverley. When we spoke to Thinus (emergency guy) and Zandri, they informed us that "this is South Africa" and such incidents occur and there is nothing they can do to assist us. They didnt even bother to ask if we are ok or come and inspect the unit for any possible damage to property. They're insensitive and unprofessional. I'm so disappointed. I wouldnt recommend their properties to anyone looking for accomodation.</p> <p>No people s****s none whatsoever.</p>
